We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Data Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and integration of data solutions for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, design data architectures, develop data pipelines, and oversee the smooth execution of data implementation projects. Our ideal candidate will love working with others, solving complex problems, and be passion about data and data-driven solutions.


  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including data analysts, software engineers, and business users, to understand data requirements and design efficient and scalable data architectures and solutions. 
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into target systems, ensuring efficient and accurate data integration. 
  • Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the data implementation lifecycle. 
  • Perform data mapping and transformation activities to align source data with target data structures and formats, ensuring smooth data flow and interoperability. 
  • Adhere to data governance policies and security standards to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA). 
  • Identify and resolve data-related issues, such as data inconsistencies, missing data, or performance bottlenecks, by conducting thorough data analysis and implementing appropriate solutions. 
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including data mapping documents, technical specifications, and implementation guidelines. Generate regular reports and updates on data implementation progress and project milestones. 
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful data implementation and integration projects. Clearly communicate project status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders. 
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to data implementation and integration. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance data quality, efficiency, and scalability. 


  • 3 years of experience as a Data Implementation Specialist, Data Engineer, or similar role. 
  • Strong knowledge of data integration methodologies, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. 
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server). 
  • Familiarity with data modeling, data mapping, and data transformation techniques. 
  • Experience with data integration tools and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred. 
  • Solid understanding of data governance, data security, and regulatory compliance. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Flexibility and comfort working in a dynamic and constantly changing environment of a startup.
  • Has fun, celebrates success, and contributes to a positive culture!
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
