Product Delivery Manager – Healthcare Revenue Cycle (Remote)

We are looking for a Product Delivery Manager to join our team! This person will coordinate all internal activities required for product implementations including but not limited to product readiness configuration activities and software development build deployment activities. The Product Delivery Manager will communicate with a cross-functional team regularly to ensure product implementation matches customer requested design and support implementation through user acceptance testing, launch, and go-live support. A successful candidate will have high attention to detail, an appreciation for consistent documentation, and strong communication to coordinate amongst complex teams.   

 This person will be an individual contributor within our Product Delivery and Readiness team and should have a strong sense of autonomy in their individual tasks such as:  

  • Possesses a deep understanding of our product and an expert in product implementation  
  • Coordinate all implementation related communication between CS and Product 
  • Report all bugs, maintenance, and enhancements from the customer to the product team. The product team will then investigate and prioritize requirements, and then coordinate resolution with Engineering
  • Works as direct point of contact for all customer go-lives within product scope 
  • Validate and complete initial setup and testing for customer implementations; coordinate with Product Readiness lead for any implementation QA activities and tracking of testing results 
  • Coordinate user acceptance training materials and attend customer sessions with Customer Success counterpart
  • Update standard training and documentation deliverables for customer logos and specific workflows 
  • Ensure all documentation for customer is complete, centralized, and accessible
  • Request new specifications from BA and coordinate walkthroughs for new portals. BA will lead meeting and create specifications.  
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining methodology, work products, and deliverables for assigned product(s) 
  • Leads internal product trainings and product demos as new features and functionality are rolled out 
  • Manages and guides cross functional team meetings to ensure implementation and ongoing successes
  • Facilitates activities with customer and internal teams as needed 
  • Applies critical thinking to solve customer and internal problems 
  • Identifies and escalates risks with proposed solutions and suggested recommendations
  • Serves as an active team member; participates in department and company wide initiatives; contributes to the overall culture 
  • Other duties as assigned by Product Delivery Leadership 

Requirements 

  • 5+ years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle or Technology work experience in a technical, consulting or customer facing role; must feel comfortable in the details 
  • Anticipates upcoming product delivery needs and address them with a sense of urgency 
  • Self-motivated, persuasive, and proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire team members  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience building strong internal relationships and holding cross-functional teams accountable to deadlines 
  • Detail-oriented, organized and process-driven, without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • Consistent ability to produce relevant documentation of procedures and testing approaches 
  • Ability to suggest improvements and dig deep into optimizing and streamlining processes
  • Critical thinking skills to problem solve creatively within Janus technology suite 
  • Comfort in technical planning and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams
  • Flexibility and comfort working in a dynamic and constantly changing environment of an early-stage startup
  • Has fun, celebrates success, and contributes to a positive culture
