Kelly has personally defined and implemented capabilities that address the full employee lifecycle from hire-to-retire through building and leading high performing HR teams to meet business objectives. During her career, Kelly has successfully led strategic multi-site organizational change in various business settings, managed labor relations effectively, coordinated mergers of culturally distinct organizations, and personally led complex integration projects. Her experience includes roles at organizations including Frito-Lay, Nestle Waters, Keurig Dr. Pepper, Amazon Global Logistics, Boeing Defense and more. Kelly earned her BA in Professional Writing at Saint Mary’s of Notre Dame. Clay Hatzenbuhler serves as CFO at Janus Health. He oversees the finance and accounting departments, managing all financial responsibilities at the company. Before joining Janus Health, Clay was an investor at Enhanced Healthcare Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm focused on healthcare. He spent his time evaluating, executing, and managing investments for EHP across HCIT, behavioral health, and pharma services. While he was there, he had the opportunity to work closely with managements teams, building financial functions and preparing to scale. Clay was also an Investment Banking Analyst at Cantor Fitzgerald, where he focused on M&A and advisory to healthcare clients. Clay holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Boston College.

Amy Sebero serves as Chief Growth Officer at Janus Health, bringing 30+ years of RCM Technology and Services sales experience for both Private Equity and Public companies. In addition, she served 10 years in Public Accounting as an Auditor and Consultant focused exclusively on Healthcare. As CGO, she oversees Janus Health’s Growth strategy through new client expansion, Channel Partner strategies, Marketing and brand awareness. Prior to joining Janus Health, Amy was Chief Growth Officer for Streamline Health (Nasdaq). Prior to Streamline Health, she held various leadership positions with FinThrive (formerly MedAssets) for 25+ years and eventually as Chief Growth Officer.
