Austin Schuler and Tara Stegman have been promoted to Senior Vice President roles in recognition of their significant contributions and leadership.
Austin Schuler has been named Senior Vice President of Operations.

His work has brought discipline, clarity, and execution to some of the most complex challenges in revenue cycle management. His leadership has also helped ensure the delivery of consistent, measurable outcomes for customers.
Tara Stegman has been named Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales Operations.
Tara has played a key role in how the organization positions, enables, and grows its commercial operations. From shaping go-to-market strategy to elevating how value is communicated in a rapidly evolving market, her impact continues to strengthen how Janus Health connects with and supports its clients.
These appointments mark an important step as Janus Health continues to grow and evolve its leadership team.
